Most likely the girl that says she will only go XYZ or AB will be cut by those two houses and she will either eat crow or drop out. AXD may be bottom but they are great! They are not regarded as nicebut not outright nasty either. There is usually a six to eight week period for new pledges to assess whether the sorority is the right fit. Delta Gamma: Ten years ago they were a lot stronger of a house than they are now. Sadly, that is fairly indicative of this chapter. But no, they are not improving. Kappa Delta: Was a bottom tier. PAN LOVE PEOPLE!! Almost impossible to get into unless you know a ton of girls in the chapter, are beautiful, and from an affluent neighborhood. :). The KD girls at my school aren't afraid of being a little odd and that's what makes them so approachable. These girls are amazingly talented and unique and express their own individualism while having most of the campus like them. Most freshmen at all three of their pref nights went PKT. I agree that at my school Pi Beta Phi is the Top of the Top Tier, but they are nice, friendly and beautiful. Kappa Kappa Gamma seems to be falling in their ranking some due to their wild, "substance' use, and 'easy' dating habits. GIve your ego a rest and actually _try_ to go for the top girls and you might be surprised and end up winning them over. Everyone knows at least one KD they really like and one KD they really hate. Still, I dont think DDD will leave top tier anytime soon. The Kappas aren't rich like the Pi Phis and Thetas. A "top" tier sorority can basically pick just who they want among pledges, while a "low" tier sorority takes the leftovers. Being in a sorority is something I can't explain in words. ,Im not a part of Greek life, but I have many friends who are. Depending upon the campus, Tri-Delts are either regarded as lower-end top-tier, or higher-end mid-tier. A fellow DZ is our Panhellenic President now for 2020. Agreed that different universities hold sororities in different esteem!! I think Delta Delta Delta is right on. Better than Theta for sure. At my school, Chi O and KD are considered the "best" sororities and what you said about the Chi O's is illustrated exactly at my school. Even with some of the negative comments (which are expected and should be from every house), I have to say that this is pretty spot on for Texas schools, Bama, and Ole miss (theta exception for rebels). is usually a top tier sorority and the girls in it are wonderful.. Every sorority has partiers, so nothing should make aphi stand out in that area. My fear is that rather than focusing on things you can control (conversation skills, brushing up your resume, getting recs in order, rush wardrobe, grooming) you are looking for something that quite frankly, you are going to have very little control over at all.

Zetas PC18 is not even in the same league as Chi-O and DDD. What should matter is that you choose the sorority that you best fit into and makes YOU happy. Alpha Chi Omega (AXO or A Chi O) is a mid-tier sorority with a widely varying reputation. For some it's all about family and money. Well see where the year takes them, though. and Kappa Kappa Gamma. Which is best probably depends on what you think is important. You said nice things about every chapter just to forget dg so you could say something rude. Also, they're extremely confident girls, and they really do not care what others think about them. I like yalls pool though. It was one of the first sororities founded. Maybe because of the money they bring with them, their houses tend to be one of the nicest on campus.
